Get ready for one of the sweetest parts of summer—Grand-Friends is here. This intergenerational program brings together local older adults and Boys & Girls Club youth (Kindergarten–1st grade) for meaningful, joy-filled connection each week.
Join us at 10am in the Connections Room at the PACC for relaxed, 40-minute sessions filled with simple activities like reading, crafts, games, and conversation. Each participant will be paired with the same child when possible, allowing real friendships to grow over time.
Summer Dates:
We encourage participants to make this a regular part of their schedule, as consistency helps these connections truly take root. A missed day here and there is okay—but showing up regularly makes all the difference.
Come be a steady presence, share a few laughs, and make a lasting impact—this is the kind of program that sticks with you.
Ready to make a lasting impact (and have a little fun while you’re at it)? Reach out to Amanda Kaldor at amanda.kaldor@perhamhealth.org to get involved.
