Join Nancy Hebert for an hour-long Sound Bath. Dress comfortably and bring a mat, pillow, and blanket. Sound Baths have been shown to reduce stress, ease tension, and give you a sense of peace and calm. Nancy says “It’s like a gentle massage and a great nap all wrapped into one”.
