
We're on a mission to move for Heart Health Month! Join the Move It Challenge at Connections and make every minute of movement count toward a healthier heart and lasting independence.
Our Try It Tuesdays count for 5 bonus minutes and let us experience something new! On February 11, we're going to try Silver Sneakers! Have fun & move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. The majority of this class is done in a chair with focus on movements that will aid in performing activities of daily living.
