This fall, we’re rallying our community to support older adults who could use a little help getting ready for the season ahead. We’re organizing a Community Clean Up Day to lend a hand with outdoor chores and light household tasks.

Whether it’s raking leaves, cleaning up the garden, storing patio furniture, or adding a touch of fall decor, we want to help our neighbors feel supported and seen.

If you or someone you know could use an extra hand, let us know! 

1. Fill out a Project Registration form and drop it off at the Elevate Office.
2. Submit your Project Registration form online here. 

We’re accepting project submissions through Friday, September 28.
